The Pumping & Breastfeeding Support Package

Support for every way you choose to feed your baby.

Breastfeeding isn’t always just about feeding at the breast, and that’s okay. Whether you’re planning to pump exclusively, combine nursing and pumping, or preparing to return to work, this package is here to support your unique feeding journey.

No pressure. No guilt. Just personalized, evidence-based support to help you feel confident, capable, and calm no matter how you feed.

This package is perfect if you’re:

  • Want to learn new healthy habits and simple substitutions.
  • Planning to pump from the start.
  • Combining pumping and breastfeeding.
  • Returning to work soon and want to maintain milk supply.
  • Wanting to build a small freezer stash (without oversupply).
  • Feeling unsure about pump fit, schedule, or milk storage.
  • Looking for ongoing support, not just a one-time session.

Why This Package Works

Because pumping can feel overwhelming, and you’re not meant to figure it out alone. Many parents quickly discover that pumping isn’t as straightforward as they thought. From choosing the right pump and getting a proper fit, to building a stash or maintaining supply at work, it’s a lot to navigate without guidance. Add in the emotional pressure and the endless online advice, and it’s easy to feel unsure or even defeated. This package was created to take that weight off your shoulders.

Together, we’ll:

  • Create a plan for when and how to start pumping
  • Ensure a proper fit for comfort and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot pain, supply concerns, or schedule issues
  • Learn how to store and safely handle expressed milk
  • Support the transition between breast and bottle with confidence
  • Adapt your plan as your needs shift — like returning to work or reducing feeds
  • This isn’t just information — it’s real support, tailored to you.

You’ll walk away from each session feeling reassured, more in control, and with a clear path forward — so that feeding your baby can feel less stressful, and more empowering.

how it works

Here’s how we’ll begin:

Book Your Consultation

Schedule a session through my website or by contacting me directly. Choose between an in-home visit (if within my work radius) or a virtual session for flexibility. You’ll receive a short intake form to share a little about your breastfeeding journey, concerns, and goals.

Personalized Consultation

We will meet at your home or in a virtual setting. I will listen to your concerns, observe a feeding (if baby is ready), provide gentle hands-on guidance to help with latching, support, and comfort.

Personalized Plan & Follow-Up

After our session, you will receive a personalized breastfeeding plan. This plan is to help you and may need to change as your baby grows.

Ongoing Support as You Need It

If you need additional help, we can set up follow-up appointments.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book a support package consultation?

You can book this session anytime in the first few weeks after birth. Whether you’re just home from the hospital or a few weeks in and hitting some bumps, it’s never too early or too late to get support.

Can we talk about pumping too?
Definitely. If you’re combining breastfeeding with pumping, exclusively pumping, or planning to return to work soon, we can include pump-related questions and techniques in your session.
Is this session available virtually?
Yes! You can choose between a virtual or in-home consultation (if you’re within my service area). Virtual support is just as personal and effective — we can still observe a feeding, talk through challenges, and make adjustments together.
Will I get follow-up support after the session?
You’ll receive a written summary of what we covered, and you’re always welcome to book a follow-up check-in if you need ongoing support. I’m here for the long haul, not just a one-time visit.
